1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing don55 at don55.win, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all services provided by don55, including sports betting, live casino, slots, promotional offers, the VIP programme and the don55 mobile app.

These terms are effective from the date of your first registration. don55 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your don55 login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. don55 will never ask you for your password via email or chat.

• Do not share your account details with any other person. All activity on your account — including bets placed, bonuses claimed and withdrawals requested — is considered your responsibility.

• Account balances in PKR are held on your behalf. don55 does not pay interest on account balances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on don55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, and other approved mobile wallets.

Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• don55 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest.
• You must complete any applicable identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• don55 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse or policy violations are suspected.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account at the time of the request.

5. Betting Rules & Casino Play

don55 offers sports betting across Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, and Esports, as well as a full casino section including live dealer tables, slots and card games. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless explicitly permitted by the platform (e.g., cash-out features where available).
• In the event of a match cancellation, abandonment or postponement, don55 will apply standard void rules. Voided bets are returned to your account balance as a stake refund in PKR.
• PSL match markets, T20 international bets and other cricket events are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published within the Betting section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. don55 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market.

Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games on don55 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or real-time live dealer streams. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently.
• Don55 is not responsible for any connectivity issues on your end that result in incomplete game rounds. Interrupted sessions are resolved according to the game provider's rules.
• Casino game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. Players are advised to read these before wagering.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds are credited in PKR and are separate from real-money balances until wagering requirements are met.

don55's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
